Do you know of anything that can handle partial payments? Mind you, I could not use QuickBooks during this time. I had to call again, this time 3 transfers and 36 minutes of hold time and they are trying to get me a trial version. My issues go unresolved and I end up figuring out a work around or solving the issue myself. This way you can work with a bookkeeper and a tax accountant. This year I am transitioning every single company out of Quickbooks to a company that actually stands behind their product rather than points fingers and is always trying to get more money even after I purchased additional support which they advised me to buy. Am I missing something, this is my biggest hurdle I cannot get over, as silly as it sounds. The support rep I spoke with on this particular issue had helped me with a temporary work around involving manually uploading the transactions. Data Protect is a new, subscription-based service that fully integrates with QuickBooks Desktop versions 2016 and later. My complaints are the same as all the others.

Ok so I am a long time quickbooks user and I have a client that switched to the on line product and when they switched it seemed to be smooth until recently. I am truly passionate about helping others with QuickBooks Online. Customer queries can drag on for weeks. Updating your company file for use in a newer version of QuickBooks is a straightforward procedure, but you must be the admin user of QuickBooks to perform the update. The conversion process has been horrible and deeply flawed. Now that we are bumped up to a Level 2 review, support staff dont call when they say they are going to and our typical wait times on hold are 3-4 hours. The entire application for me is useless because of this bottleneck in the data search.

I find their system robust, their training generally excellent and their support terrible. We do light manufacturing, and there is no way to show inventory moving from one category to the other. But if I want a report at the parent-level class, I have to manually select the parent-class, and individually select every single sub-class as well.
Our bank upgraded their secuirty settings needed to signin and now quick books is no longer compatible. Biggest complaint is their backups to desktop is unreliable. Note: Discounts are invalid if a customer uses the free 30-day trial before purchasing. I wish we never switched. They will claim your files are damaged , now buy our service to maintain.
