H ello, I'd suggest you install the Vista driver in Compatibility mode. There may be some settings there you need to tweak. Driver Easy will then scan your computer and detect any problem drivers. Or Right click on sound, video and game controllers and click on scan for hardware changes. I dont know if the link is working. If my headset is plugged in when I open that program, and I pull out the headset, I have to shut screencastomatic, and reopen without the headset in.

I am really at a loss here. A few seconds after I started windows 10 I was able to get very low quality audio for about 5 seconds and then it just stopped working.
